Artist Proof / Artist Copies FAQ
As well as running a fulfilment service for artists helping them manage the sales and shipping on their own stores we now offer the Uniquely Geekly online store as a marketplace for artists to sell their limited edition collectable items directly to customers without having to manage their own store. All Artist Proof / Artist Copies of items remain the property of the invidual artist(s) and are sold via the store with Uniquely Geekly acting as agents on their behalf.

ARE ALL ITEMS ON THE STORE ARTIST PROOF / ARTIST COPIES?
No, although the majority of items sold through the Uniquely Geekly store are sold on behalf of artists there are some items that are the property of Uniquely Geekly or commissioned by us. Only items showing as Artist Proofs / Artist copies are sold by us as agents and this will be clearly stated on the product pages as well as by the 'vendor' status set on the store. If you are unsure whether your item is coming directly from the artist please feel free to drop us a line at contact@uniquelygeekly.com where we'd be happy to clarify.
WHO SETS THE PRICING ON ARTIST PROOF / ARTIST COPIES?
All pricing is decided by the artist(s). Uniquely Geekly may advise on a suitable market rate to charge but ultimate responsibility for the sale price is with the artist. If at any time a discount is offered on Artist Proof / Artist Copies it will be with the agreement of the artist(s).
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ARTIST PROOF / ARTIST COPIES ITEM I ORDERED ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All Artist Proof / Artist copies remain the property of the artist(s) and therefore responsibility for replacement or refund of damaged items will be at their discretion. These items are from a limited edition and replacements may not always be available. Uniquely Geekly will liase with the artist on the customers behalf and where appropriate refund payment or dispatch a replacement. THE ARTIST PROOF / ARTIST COPIES ITEM I WANT TO BUY IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE COPIES?
Generally once an Artist Proof / Artist Copies item is sold out we won't be getting more in but the artists do sometimes have us hold copies back for damage replacements or in person sales.
