Works Sold on Behalf of Artists – FAQ
Uniquely Geekly works directly with selected artists to sell limited editions, original art and other collectable works through our store.
Where an item is listed as being sold on behalf of an artist, Uniquely Geekly acts as a disclosed agent in the transaction. These works remain the property of the artist until sold.
Are all items on the store sold on behalf of artists?
No. While many items are sold on behalf of artists, some products are owned or commissioned directly by Uniquely Geekly.
Where we act as agent, this is clearly stated on the product page.

Who sets the pricing on consigned works?
Pricing is set by the artist. We may advise on market positioning, but the final sale price is determined by the artist. Any discounts are agreed with them in advance.
What happens if an item sold on behalf of an artist arrives damaged?
As these works remain the property of the artist until sale, decisions regarding replacement or refund are made in consultation with them. Due to the limited nature of many releases, replacements may not always be available.
We will liaise with the artist and resolve the issue appropriately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
In most cases, once a limited edition or original work is sold out, no further copies are available. Occasionally artists may retain copies for events or replacements.
